Mobee is a mystery shopping app for iOS or Android that will pay you to visit chain restaurants and national stores in your area and complete a short survey about your experience.
Mobee connects you with businesses near you that want your feedback as a customer in exchange for rewards like gift cards and cash.
Participating locations include Starbucks, McDonald’s, CVS, Walmart, and many more, so you can get paid to shop at places you already visit.
An average shopping trip, known as a “Mission,” will pay you anywhere from 150 to 500 points, and you can earn even more points for some Missions.
You can redeem 500 points for a $5 Gift Card to Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, eBay, Staples, iTunes, or many other retailers.
Plus, when you download the Mobee App and enter Referral Code N6XP during your registration, you will receive 300 bonus points after you complete your first non-tutorial mission and it is approved.
Since 100 points is redeemable for $1 in value, that’s $3 in rewards that you’ll receive for signing up with a referral code after your first Mission, on top of the other points that you will earn for completing the Mission.
How Mobee Works
1. Find “Missions” Near You: Browse the map for nearby Missions (paid shopping opportunities) and choose one to complete.
2. Answer Questions To Earn Points: You’ll be asked to answer questions once you arrive at the location.
3. Redeem Points for Cash and Gift Cards: You can trade in your points for cash or gift cards to popular stores.
300 Bonus Points for New Mobee Members
1. Just download the free Mobee App to get started.
2. Create an account and enter Referral Code N6XP during the second step of your registration.
3. You will receive 300 bonus points after you complete your first non-tutorial mission and it is approved.
Any points awarded to you during the sign-up process will expire and clear out of your account if you do not complete your first mission within 60 days.

I forgot to add your promo code on Mobee and emailed asking if they could add it. They want the email associated with the promo code. Any chance you could send that to me?

I’ve been using Mobee to earn gift cards and cash at the stores and restaurants near me! Download for iPhone or Android using my referral code 6VLL and we’ll both earn an extra $3 worth of points when you complete your first mission.

I tried this app and it’s totally ridiculous. They wanted me to go into Staples, ask someone for help with toner, then change me mind and tell them I’m going to buy it online, then take pictures of the displays, etc, all for $3.00. I couldn’t do it. The poor guy who worked there helped me find the toner, then got the key to take it out of a locked display case, after which I told him, “naaa, I’m going to buy it online”. So now I’m supposed to whip out my phone and start taking pictures of the displays. Really dumb, and in my view, a bit unethical. Didn’t complete mission and iImmediately deleted app.

Clearly that was an isolated incident and not something that would be expected to happen like that 99.9% of the time while completing a mission for Mobee.
I use Mobee all the time and find myself surprised constantly at how simple the process is when I am finished. It is definitely one of the better paying ones if it’s type and I have yet to find any sort of an issue when inside a business completing the steps.
I would imagine that the purpose Mobee has in mind when having its secret shoppers speak with an employee about a product is to get an idea of what the experience for a real customer would be like in whatever store it is so when and if it is like the one you had, more training can be implemented to the businesses sales associates as well as iron out any kinks that would cause the customer to possibly leave without purchasing what they had intended upon entering due to how long they had to wait for the associate to find the product, then the key to access it, etc.
There is more going on when your completing a mission then just what you obviously could comprehend. The app isn’t the problem here….sounds more like you just couldn’t think beyond the surface value of what you were doing or apparently unable to do.
