Hello Nancy,
I don’t know why your credit would expire on August 1, 2014, especially if you signed up after that date.
The credit that I received expires in 2015, more than a full year after I joined.
I would double-check the date, and if it indeed says 2014, I would contact them to complain directly, as this must be some type of issue with their system, because I’m sure they don’t mean to give out credits that are already expired.
Sorry that you had a bad experience with them, and please let us know if they are able to fix it for you.
