Referral Program Rules

This offer is open to all lenders with a valid lender account.

In order for the referrer and referee to receive the reward, the following qualifying conditions must be met:

1. The Referred Friend must be referred by the Referrer within the Qualifying Period: January 1, 2015 – January 31, 2016.

2. The Referred Friend must, during the Referral Period, create a Lender Account at lendingcrowd.com using the same email address as provided to LendingCrowd by the Referrer when referring the person.

3. The Referred Friend cannot be an existing Lending Crowd Borrower or Lender, before the date that the referral is made.

4. The Referrer and Referred Friend cannot be the same person or entity, or the Referred Friend cannot be an entity in which the Referrer holds a role (e.g., director) or interest (e.g., shareholder).

5. The Referred Friend must transfer into your Lender Account (and subsequently lend as part of a successful auction or purchase of loan parts on the Loan Exchange), at least £1,000 during the Qualifying Period, which ends at 23:59 hours on January 31, 2016.

A Referral Reward will be paid to each party within 40 calendar days of the end of the Referral Period.

The Referral Reward will be paid as a credit to the Referrer and the Referred Friend’s respective Lender Accounts.

A Referrer is eligible for no more than 2 Referral Rewards in respect of Referred Friends at the same household address as the Referrer.

A Referrer is eligible for no more than 3 Referral Rewards in respect of Referred Friends.
