1. Sign up for a Free Trunk Club Account to complete your style survey and connect with a stylist who will find the best clothes for your size, style, and preferences.

2. Preview your trunk online before it ships to make sure that you like the choices, and after you review the items, your trunk will be shipped directly to your home within 3 to 6 business days.

3. Take 5 days to try everything on and only pay for the clothes that you keep. Everything else can be sent back to Trunk Club with free shipping both ways.

4. Request a new trunk at any time you like in the future with no obligations to buy and no subscription requirements.

Trunk Club At-Home Try-On Service

Your stylist will send a trunk of handpicked clothing straight to your door, but you’ll always receive an itemized preview email first.

If anything isn’t to your liking regarding price or style, you can request to have it removed or replaced.

Once you sign off on your stylist’s selections, your trunk will be shipped, and you’ll then have 5 days to try everything on.

Inside your trunk, there will be a packing list with a breakdown of what items are included and how much each item costs, and each garment has a price tag.

A $25 home try-on fee will be credited toward whatever you choose to keep, and you can return the rest with their free shipping service.

Shipping is free within the contiguous U.S., and returns are free as well.

Trunk Clubhouses Try-On Service

If you would rather try your clothes on in person, you can come in for a complimentary fitting at one of their Clubhouses in Chicago, Dallas, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, New York City, and Charleston.

As you sip on a free drink from the bar, your stylist will show you a selection of clothes that fits your size, style, and spending preferences.

You can try everything on and take your favorites home the same day.

They also offer men’s custom-clothing services at their Clubhouses, if you need special tailoring for any items.

Trunk Club Referral Program $50 Credits

Once you sign up for a Free Trunk Club Account, you can participate in their refer-a-friend program.

You can refer your friends to Trunk Club via email or by sharing your unique Trunk Club referral link.

For each friend that you refer to your Trunk Club stylist, you will get a $50 credit when they spend $50 or more.

The $50 referral credits are added to your Trunk Club account and can be combined toward future purchases.

There is no limit to the amount of Trunk Club referral credits that you can earn.

Earn Nordstrom Notes for Trunk Club Purchases

If you have a Nordstrom Card, you can earn Nordstrom Notes on all of your Trunk Club purchases.

Just use your Nordstrom Card for any Trunk Club purchase, and it will count toward your next Note.

For every 2,000 points that you earn, you will get a $20 Nordstrom Note.

Nordstrom Notes are redeemable in stores or online at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, but they are not currently redeemable on Trunk Club merchandise.
